The Parliament of Ghana passes the Customs (Amendment) Act
The Parliament of Ghana has passed The Customs (Amendment) Act, 2020, Act 1014 into law on 30th April, 2020 and assented to, by H.E. President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on the same day. The Act provides incentives for automotive manufacturers and assemblers registered under the Ghana Automotive Manufacturing Development Program (GAMDP).
