ENTRY VISAS ISSUED PRIOR TO CLOSURE OF BORDERS OF GHANA
Following the reopening of the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) in Accra to commercial flights with effect from 1st September, 2020 , the Ghana Embassy wishes to inform the general public that prospective travellers issued with visas, which could not be utilized as a result of the closure of the borders of Ghana, will have the validity date of their visas extended on request.
Affected travellers should, therefore, submit their passports in person at the Embassy for the extension of their expired visas with an annotation indicating the new validity date. The submission should be done only when one is ready to travel. Please call telephone number
