Ambassador Henry Tachie-Menson as Special Guest to the Inauguration of Asanteman Antwerp & Cultural and Business Workshop
The Head of Mission, Ambassador Henry Tachie-Menson, was invited as a special guest to the inauguration of Asanteman Antwerp & Cultural and Business Workshop, which was held in Antwerp, Belgium, on Saturday, 19th October, 2024. The event celebrated Ghana’s rich heritage from the Asante Kingdom, and highlighted efforts to promote Ghanaian business and investment promotion in Belgium.
In his address, the Head of Mission underscored the core mission of the Ghana Embassy, which aims to strengthen Ghana's image internationally, promote investments, and enhance Ghanaian exports in the Belgian market. He urged the Ghanaian community to serve as ambassadors of Ghanaian culture and business.
Attendees were treated to performances and exhibitions showcasing Ghanaian art, music, and fashion, reflecting the richness of Ghana’s heritage. These cultural displays fostered pride within the Ghanaian community and drew interest from Belgian attendees, who sought to know more about Ghanaian traditions.
